质量主管(QC supervisor)

岗位职责：
1、建立、维护并持续改善质量管理体系，并确保其有效运行；
2、编制运营过程控制标准，对运营全过程组织进行监督检查,确保运营质量的可追溯性；
3、负责处理分析相关顾客反馈信息，动态跟踪运营质量情况，对运营质量问题进行追溯，并组织纠正预防措施的实施。
4、参与完成运营服务改进等项目审核工作，以确保其符合品质保证的要求和质量
5、参与合格运营方案的评审，配合技术部门进行新运营方案试制及质量控制，负责品质部日常工作安排，品质改善专案及提案；

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish, maintain and continuously improve the quality management system and ensure its effective operation;
2. Prepare operation process control standards, supervise and inspect the entire operation process organization, and ensure the traceability of operation quality;
3. Responsible for processing and analyzing relevant customer feedback information, dynamically tracking the operation quality, tracing operation quality problems, and organizing the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
4. Participate in the completion of project review work such as operation service improvement to ensure that it meets the requirements and quality of quality assurance
5. Participate in the review of qualified operation plans, cooperate with the technical department in the trial production and quality control of new operation plans, be responsible for the daily work arrangement of the quality department, quality improvement projects and proposals;

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历；
2.具备质量体系、管理咨询等相关领域方面的培训或工作经历；
3.具有良好的统筹能力，沟通能力，分析问题，解决问题，执行能力强，有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神；

4.中文。

4. Chinese speaking.
